At Dartcor, we always keep our salad bars filled with seasonal, local ingredients. Looking for the perfect the finishing touch, our VP of Culinary and Innovation, Alan, met up with Consolidated Concepts, Dining Alliance, and the corporate chefs at Unilever Food Solutions to create custom salad dressings from scratch, unique to all our cafes.
