What are the chances of you eating a dish filled with crickets and mealworms? Probably slim to none. But what are the chances of you eating a dish filled with tons of protein? Probably greater. Chefs are beginning to include crickets and mealworms into their everyday recipes because crickets provide 1 lb of protein for every 2 pounds of food, unlike cows, who provide 1 lb of protein for every 25 pounds of food.
