To answer the following business question.

The Seton Hall University student teams, Professor Adam Warner along with Dartcor’s President Warren Leeds, VP of Operations Chris Lovisa, VP of Business Development Bill Pappa and Dartcor’s affiliate Ome Caterers Vice President, Alan Daehnke set out to answer this along with a group of other pressing business questions.
85% of Dartcor’s daily clients are satisfied/very satisfied with their current cafe compared to an average of 49% of competitors clients.
Dartcor also gathered valuable data of their strengths and what customers are looking for from their high-end boutique food service. Dartcor’s clients love the cleanliness of their cafe, the camaraderie, healthy options offered, service, variety and quality.
